OK, the answer is.... We have changed agencies. Just like Susan and Randy however, we were much farther along than they were. We lost a considerable amount of money and time. But we feel that in the long run it will be worth it. Our old agency was not accredited and had no idea when it was going to happen. So we could either be patient (which I am NOT) and wait it out, or make a change. So we made the change.
We are basically having to start over but luckily I'm organized so I have a lot of the docs already.
We'll keep you up to date on where our kiddos will come from, etc.

Congratulations on your decision to change! I'm sure the paperwork will go by quickly and hopefully your dossier will be back in Russia soon! Definitely keep us posted... how exciting!

I changed agencies and it was the best decision I ever made. I also lost a considerable amount of money and changed for different reasons than you, but I am convinced I would still be waiting had I not changed. You will amaze yourself as how fast you can get new documents together! Congrats and I hope it goes quickly for you now.
