How did we spend the day? We went to the zoo, the park and McDonalds!It was a beautiful day and a great way to start the new year.
Here are our munchkins first thing in the morning - I really have to work on their hair in the a.m.!

Happy New Year!! Bedhead is the best... especially when you get so used to it that you don't realize they still have bedhead until you pick them up from school! :-)

I'm glad you had a great holiday!! Daniel's hair always needs a comb and some water in morning!! But sometimes I leave it for a while because it's so darn cute!!
Hi - I just found your blog. What a great way to spend the new year. McDonalds is the place to be for my kids too. I think it was my 2 year olds first word. :) Your kiddos are adorable!

The kids are beautiful. I know what a process the whole adoption can be. We started in March of 2004 and Did not have our court date until July 21, 2006. Of course, it was well worth the wait.
Derek had just turned 3 and Alyssa was 19 months when we got her. They are now 5 1/2 and 4. Time goes very quickly.
